SO EASY - How To Create A Routine and Stick To It

When we search the web on how to create your own morning or night routine, We will get bombarded with a lot of information.

This the moment when we get overwhelmed by Routine Templates, Routine Mobile Application, Routine Planner, Downloadable Template or any paper with designs and has a Routine printed on it. I'm not hating on it, In fact, it is very inspiring and motivational to have a physical printed routine guide posted on your wall BUT what I'm trying to say is YOU DON'T HAVE TO. You know one of my vital rule is to save PAPERS. For short SAVE THE TREES!

Go grab your mobile phone. Open your notepad and Start doing your Routine DRAFT.

It is widely known that there are people who categorized themselves as a Morning person or a Night Person but we're not going to do it that way.

I considered myself as a night person but as much as I hate waking up in the morning it really makes a huge difference in my life. Now we are not going to dig deep into that because whether you like it or not Early birds gets the worm.

We all love late silent nights and trust me it also happens early in the morning. It is very therapeutic, relaxing and yes, maybe a little sleepy but we can beat that.

1. Start early. Preferably around 5 AM to 6 AM Every day.

Now that you are awake, WHAT TO DO MAN?

  • Strictly prohibited to check your mobile phone and browse the internet. Your eyes will thank you.
  • Stretch your body, Inhale and Exhale and Stand UP.
  • Tie your hair in a bun (for dudes, just comb it)
  • Wash your face with cold water. Yes, just plain ol' water and dry it.
  • Step outside or Open your window. LET THE SUNSHINE IN!
  • If you have a plant, Inspect it and water it. If you don't have one, better get one!
  • Take a shower! Use a body scrub.
  • Prepare your breakfast and Eat. If you're not a fan of eating solid food right away in the morning then just make some smoothie.
Indulge these steps, Relax, Take your time, Program it into your mind, You hold your own time so better make the best out of it. #MeTime

2. Plan Your Day

Go sit on your favorite couch or at the corner of your bed. Think of some skills you want to improve or Things you want to try or Start creating your personal projects.

 Here are some ideas:
  • Learn a new foreign language
  • Practice playing an instrument
  • Sketch
  • Paint
  • Ride your bike
  • Grab your camera and take pictures
  • Play a sport
  • Work Out
  • Listen to radio music
  • Study your lecture this school year
  • Practice Calligraphy
  • Manage your To Do List
  • Assemble some jigsaw puzzles
  • Household chores
  • and the list goes on
Once you plan everything, imagine yourself being successful and achieving anything that you want to do. #LivingTheMoment

Okay, I've already done the 2-Steps Tutorial. Now What?

One of the most dangerous culprit of all time, Killing and murdering our passion, wasting away our precious time and not giving justice to our own dreams is our undisciplined mindset and lack in knowledge when it comes to Time Management. Yes, don't go blame Social Media Application or Binge Watching. It is your mindset. You're welcome.

Still holding your phone? Good. Click that Alarm!
