We all respect inventions that made our lives easier but these also made the world filthy. 

Tons of food waste, oil spill, plastic everywhere and newspaper lying down on the floor,

Combine it with undisciplined human acts and that's how you ruin our planet.

Aside from increasing wastes, This also makes us to spend more money on these items that we might not really need in our everyday lives.

What to do aside from throwing it away?

We all know that prevention is always the cure. So if you're tired from being guilty for doing this 
stuff or You want to change your life or You don't want to be part of the waste inflation, Then this is the moment to start moving before its too late.

What do you mean by PREVENTION?

There are a lot of ways that you can do to improvise. 

For example, Instead of simply collecting all your trash and putting it in one bin, you could try separating it into this categories:

     Yes, I know its hard. I'm a big fan of coffee too but once you stop drinking it you will experience caffeine withdrawal

    Steel bottles are more sturdy than plastics and the real title holder of reusable.
  • Stationary Paper or Papers TO Electronic Paper (E-paper)
    Instead of taking important notes or listing to do list in a piece of paper, which you will throw away later. Use your mobile phone notepad instead.
  • Fast Food TO Homemade food
    Fast Food can be expensive and for sure unhealthy. Cooking your own food helps you to budget your money and you can cook a meal for many days.
  • Craving Sweets TO Eating Fruits
     It is better to eat Fruits because it has a natural sugar in it, unlike Candies who have artificial sweetener.
  • Diet Pills TO Fiber Rich Food
        There's no such thing as fast weight loss. In fact, a sudden weight loss can be bad for the liver. Instead of taking pills that cost you an arm and leg, you could try eating oatmeal which is rich in fiber. It will help you flush down all body waste and maintain a good bowel movement. Fiber also helps you to boost your metabolism. Eat it at dinner time or as your breakfast.

       If you're a student you have already experienced this struggle. Aside from unhealthy snacks it is also costly. Make some time in the morning to prepare your lunch.

        We love the big screens inside the cinema but nothing beats watching TV at home where you can pause what you're watching and take a bathroom break. Prepare some popcorn and soda and binge watch all free movies out there.

       Come on, I love white wine! Well, let's be real, after a tiresome work we all just want to hit that wine and read a book. If you love your liver and look younger, you should make some time to make smooties.

        Reduce, Re use, Save money and Say no more to waste. Remember Steel is better than plastic !
  • Convenience Store Food TO Healthy Snacks
       Stop chowing on those snack bars, eat this instead!

       We all dream about being a billionaire and buy all of the things you never had, but if you save it instead. You will still heading to becoming a billionaire but a way more wise plan.
